The purpose of the bridge innovations published here is to make anyone a Bidding Expert in 3 days.
You do not even suspect how fundamental are these ForcePoint's innovations !

You may even continue to use your own system, simply implying some of the innovations, although with ForcePoint's 1NT/1 natural system you may have a great success.
The ForcePoint Counting provides a minimum of 70% contract assurances for Matchpoints scoring games with 12 TOP (that's about 8.4 points a game on any Bidding Contest). The one only convention used SCOR-SCOR supply the exact partner's shape usually below 3NT and allow to you to apply the correct PL's Adjustments. The Control Point Asking (CPA) may start even on 3 Level and will reveal the exact number of the partner's Aces, Kings, the contract tricks even the number of the Queens with 1 only question!  With the huge bidding space still remaining you can use SCOR again to discover where the partner's TOP Honors are. No one needs more information to place the best possible contracts surprisingly becoming an Expert Bidder by the knowledges obtained for 24 hours only !
The Playing is your own responsibility !

2010 Instant cash personal Player award:  0.50 Lv for every IMP won.

Personal PQ/TOP Player PQ * 0.50 Lv * Victory IMPs

If the Team of 4 paid Players lose the Match, there will be a personal instant cash penalty for the Player responsible for the loss based on (only when 4 Paid Team Players participate):
2010 Instant cash personal Player penalty:
TOP Player PQ / Personal PQ * Personal IMPs loss / Table IMPs loss  ( in Lv )

Players Qualification (PQ) will continue to be critical for participating and for the Player's instant cash personal money awards/penalties.

- A Team playing ForcePoint's natural 1NT/1 system was created based on following requirements:

1. The players' Total Qualification from "Private" to "Established Star" will be scored from 0 to 50 points:
Low class: Private = 0, Beginner = 0, Semi-Intermediate = 0, Intermediate = 3, Established Intermediate = 6 (all players of this class will not be able to play on the paid Team Matches).
Middle class: Semi-Advanced = 9, Advanced = 12, Established Advanced = 15
(all players of this class will not be able to play on the paid Team Matches)
Upper class: Semi-Expert = 21, Expert = 24, Established Expert = 27
High class: Semi-World Class = 33, World Class = 36, Established World Class = 39
Highest class: Semi-STAR = 45, STAR = 48, Established STAR = 51

2. The knowledge of the 1NT/1 system and the player's playing skill will be adjusted on the end of the Team Matches. For any bidding or/and playing mistake will be appointed 1 negative point.

3. The sum of all, the initial BBO qualification (self marked on BBO profile), the Fp Playing qualification (marked by the coach with the help of an Expert player) and the knowledge of 1NT/1 system (marked by the coach) regarding the number of the matches, along with the Bidding and Playing mistakes which the players may made throughout the Team matches will be used for extracting the most important Player's Qualification (PQ) status, which will be used for inviting the best of the players for the paid Team Matches.

- The Team players' money awards for a single Team game of 12 boards will be up to 60.00 Lv, and will be divided between all 4 paid players who participate, depending on their PQ (see below), and based on principle 1.60 Lv (3.20 Lv from January 2009) for every 1.0 IMP won for 12 boards Team Match. There will be no fee for participating, and there will be no subtraction of previously won money for loosing until January 2009. Every Team game will be a separate event. For example, if the Team manage to win with 20 IMPs, every player will receive 9.00 Lv (16.00 from January 2009) assuming the players' PQs are equal. The payments will be made immediately in BBO $(which will be rounded to whole $), or if they are accumulated, by cash or by direct bank deposit. Additional 4 Lv bonus money will be awarded if the Team won the Match with at least 4 IMPs (until January 2009). For example, if the Team won the match by 10.5 IMPs, every player will receive:10 IMPs * 1.60 Lv/4  + 1 Lv bonus = 5.00 Lv (8.00 Lv from January 2009), if the Team won the match by 3 IMPs only, every player will receive 3 * 1.60 /4 = 1.20 Lv (2.40 Lv from January 2009) assuming the players have equal PQs.
NOTE: In reality, the players will receive proportional awards depending on their PQs. A Team Match which finished with less than 4 IMPs difference will be considered a tie.

- Up to a total of $5,000.00 for the 1st year will be awarded to the winners by ForcePoint's sponsor BIDDING EXPERT. The 2nd year Team's budget was approved: 50,000.00 Lv (including the money for the Fp computer program). Success to all who want to participate !

NOTE: The 4 players with the higher Player Qualification (PQ) scores will be invited to play on the 1st official Team Match with money awards. If some of them is not available, the next player with higher score qualifies automatically for the Team. Depending on the bidding/playing mistakes which the players may made, their Player Qualification (PQ) scores will be adjusted, and another player may be invited for the next Match. After the initial 72 Team Matches, every week 2 Team Matches will be scheduled, one with double money awards and one for player's Team qualification (no awards). That way every player can oversee his/her real chances for participating in ForcePoint's Team Matches. The opponents chosen will be Experts only and may use any system they prefer.

- The Team Matches will start early 2007 and are open for all bridge players who have received 24 hours of initial preparation (including the practice) followed by Test Bidding Contest of 6 games Matchpoint scoring with 12 Top. For participating, send an email to ForcePoint@bullbridge.com with your full name, your address, your BBO nick name, and the preference for receiving awarded money.

ForcePoint's Paid Team Matches in BBO: At least 30 Test Team Matches for any player to become a ForcePoint's paid Player

For the love of the game
ForcePoint Bidding Developer: Mr.Pawell Boyew
- ForcePoint's Hand Evaluation Counting will show to you the exact game's Play Level (PL) by simple transferring the player's HCP and Distribution Points to a single number named Base Number (B#). Your B# represents your contract tricks for the FIT suit (if any, otherwise the NT PL is always 1 below the suit's PL) and the sum of both partners B#s allow to you to find the exact game's Play level (PL). If you are interesting, use the link below to download and install the program, and after 12 of the initial 24 hours preparation, a free key for the Hand Evaluation and Sysnotes computer programs will be created for you.
- The natural 1NT/1 system is very pragmatic one of the most strongest systems in the world. It uses one only dynamic convention SCOR-SCOR for all your Distribution and Control needs, which covers like a net most of the possible bridge shapes. And the best thing is that you will discover your partner's exact shape usually below 3NT, along with your exact game's Play Level (PL). A simple confirmation for your Control Points (CP) and their suits using the Control Points Asking (CPA) will allow to you to go for Slams even with 20 HCP !
- The CPA will show to you not only the exact number of all your partner's Controls but also their exact kind, even the number of your Queens, all that with one only question. The ForcePoint Counting, the 2nd part of SCOR-SCOR and CPA are bridge innovations. Using SCOR you will be able easy to discover not only the exact partner's shape but also the Controls suits, and by using simple Formulas you will discover your partner B# and the number of your partner's Queens even without asking for them !
- Is it a scientific bidding? Not exactly although it uses some innovations, it is too easy to be named scientific, at least it is a 21th century Bidding.
- The system uses bridge arithmetic, and it proved to be so simple that you hardly can name it bridge mathematic. Too good to be true? Think about it!
- Check it and decide for yourself. 1NT/1 system with full explanations is included for free in a separate Sysnotes program for easier visual observation of the system bids.

S: 1SP = b2+, 5+ SP suit
N: 1NT = RF
S: 2CL = SHAPE side suits
N: 2DI = GF
S: 2HE = 5=4=1=3
N: 2SP = ask for the exact B#
S: 3CL = 2.5
N: 3DI = CPA for Controls
S: 3HE = Singleton TOP Honor or 12 CP only
N: 6SP
- Instead the CPA to be repeated for CP confirmation, the Slam was bid. Is that right ?
- The CP confirmation answer would show 16 CP, and the necessary 32 CP for a Small Slam would be discovered, but the PL is 5.0 only showing that there is no Slam at all, thus making the CPA meaningless. The correct bid after 3CL when the PL of 5.0 was discovered is simply 4SP. Is it worth to risk playing non-existing Slam?

- Let's check the Play Level (PL) of that Slam
South's B# = 2.3 ~ 2.5
North's B# = 2.7 ~ 2.5
The PL = 2.5 + 2.5 = 5.0
- If the PL was at least 5.5, that will be a finesse Slam, but now it is not even a finesse Slam although we made it to win 14 IMPs thanks to a West's mistake. The attack was DI, and the Queen of DI was covered by the King, followed by small Trump to the Queen, and back to the Ace. When West Trumped Queen of CL with his K of SP, instead to attack the HE suit, he played a small DI which was won by Ten of DI, thus giving the Slam. That ones again showed you will never make a Slam with PL = 5.0 if you play against at least Advanced opponents. Make your conclusions alone!

The pairs are entitled to play as many BBO Tournaments as they wish, and will be awarded up to $100 for a player a month, if they manage to reach any places from 1st to10th. We do not expect it to be easy for them, at least for the initial months. The assumed a year long contracts will be renewed by the sponsor BIDDING EXPERT every year if the players keep their loyalty to represent ForcePoint's 1NT/1 natural system.

Money awards for playing 1NT/1 natural or FpR systems on BBO Tournaments

NOTE: Force Point Relay system (FpR) is not compatible with ACBL GCC and can be used only on ACBL middle chart sanctioned Tournaments.
A pair, playing on any 12 board, 80 players BBO Tournament (min 6 boards, 20 players, max 24 boards, 400 players, lowering or raising the awards proportionally), is entitled to the following standard immediate awards:

1st place or 70%+ : 24 Lv for the pair (6 Lv instant cash + 6 Lv for live Tournaments expenses for a player)
2nd place or 69% : 18 Lv for the pair (4.50 Lv instant cash + 4.50 Lv for live Tournaments expenses for a player)
3rd place or 68% : 14 Lv for the pair (3.50 Lv instant cash + 3.50 Lv for live Tournament's expenses)

4th place or 67% : 10 Lv for the pair (2.50 Lv instant cash + 2.50 Lv for live Tournaments expenses for a player)
5th place or 66% : 8 Lv for the pair (2 Lv instant cash + 2 Lv for live Tournament's expenses for a player)
6th place or 65% : 6 Lv for the pair (1.50 Lv instant cash + 1.50 Lv for live Tournament's expenses for a player)

7th place or 64% : 4 Lv for the pair (1 Lv instant cash + 1 Lv for live Tournaments expenses for a player)
8th place or 63% : 3 Lv for the pair (0.75 Lv instant cash + 0.75 Lv for live Tournaments expenses for a player)
9th place or 62% : 2 Lv for the pair (0.50 Lv instant cash + 0.50 for live Tournaments expenses for a player)
10th place or 61% : 1 Lv for the pair (0.25 Lv instant cash + 0.25 Lv for live Tournaments expenses for a player)
  Tournament requirements:
1. For basic calculation:
 12 boards and 80 players (X boards * Y players = 960) for the standard benefits shown above = 1.0 basic coefficient
2. Maximum allowed: X boards * Y players = 3600 = 3.75 max coefficient
3. Minimum allowed: X boards * Y players = 120 = 0.125 min coefficient
NOTE: In the cases when ForcePoint's pair play in smaller or bigger Tournaments, the awards will be lowered or raised proportionally. So, the max award for 1st place on one BBO Tournament can reach 3.75 * 6.00 Lv = 22.50 Lv instant cash + 22.50 Lv for live Tournament expenses for a total of 45.00 Lv for a player
"Good for all" - said the sponsor BIDDING EXPERT - "that won't be more than $30,000.00 a year". No kidding !

 - For example: If the pair won 2nd place in 6 boards BBO Tournament (half of the required boards) and 40 players (half of the required participants), for the 2nd place the pair will win 1/4 of 18 Lv instant cash money reward and 1/4 of 18 Lv of the full expenses for the live Tournament they will chose to go. This awards will be divided by 2 for each player, so a player will receive 2.25 Lv instant cash + 2.25 Lv for the live Tournament for a total of 4.50 Lv. How you may see, the small Tournaments do not bring big awards! Let's check what will happen on bigger Tournament:
 - Suppose the pair have played on 9 boards, 320 players BBO Tournament winning 6th place. Your pair awards will be calculated by this way: 75% (of the required boards) * 400% (of the required players) * 6 Lv (for 6th place) / 2 for each player = 9 Lv, so each player will receive 4.50 Lv  instant cash + 4.50 Lv for a live Tournament for a total of 9 Lv even for 6th place
  - How you may see, it is very easy any player to calculate
immediately his own award.

  - ForcePoint's players are invited to play as many as they want BBO Tournaments for accumulating cash expenses for live Tournaments in their country along with instant cash awards for any place from 1st to 10th
(which can be requested immediately). By accumulating enough cash expenses the players are automatically entitled to chose a live Tournament for participating in their country with travel and accommodation expenses covered by their own winnings.
NOTE: The live Tournaments' entry fees will be covered only if the participants have reached at least 60% (pair) or 6th place (team) on any particular live Tournament or in all cases when there are not travel or accommodation expenses.

- All pairs will form ForcePoint Team, which will start playing officially (with money awards) against Expert opponents by the middle of 2008. There will be 30 initial Test Team Matches for anyone before reaching the status of the paid player.
 - The experiment is intended to help the Fp Bidding Developer to check and correct the system and to prove that such Team using 1NT/1 natural system is capable of winning most of the Team Matches against Experts.
 - The 1NT/1 system was created for average players in mind, who are expected to improve their bidding significantly for less than a month, and depending of their playing capabilities, to become Experts in less than a year. All players of all levels are invited to participate. We are partly reluctant to believe that the established Experts will be capable to learn and use in full the ForcePoint Bidding, not because of their inability to do so, but because of the usual Experts thinking that they sense the things better, which will prevent them to use the full system. Any way, we will check that !
- In any case, we will reach our goals.

Calculating the awards

1. The immediate cash awards on BBO Tournaments = % for the necessary boards * % for the participating players * Lv cash award for the reached place / 2 for each player
2. The percentages for the expenses on live Tournament = % for the necessary boards * % for the participating players * Lv for the reached place / 2 for each player
NOTE: The same awards for live Tournaments, despite the numbers of players / boards !
NOTE: Do not be too excited, it is no way of fast winning, although if you are serious about the money, who knows :)

Team Qualification (TQ), a major factor for the Team Quality. The ranges of the Average Team Qualification (ATQ), Win/Lose Expectations in conjunction of it
Team Pool = sum of all players' PQ
Average Team Qualification (TQ) = Team Pool/numbers of the players

Current 6 players average Team Qualification (TQ) after 12 Team Matches = 160.24,  SEMI-ADVANCED TEAM (rose from 120.11, Intermediate Team)
Current 6 players average Team Qualification (TQ) after 24 Team Matches = 198.34,  ADVANCED TEAM (rose from 160.24, Semi-Advanced Team)
Current 6 players average Team Qualification (TQ) after 36 Team Matches = 241.84,  ESTABLISHED ADVANCED TEAM (rose from 198.34, Semi-Advanced Team)
Current 6 players average Team Qualification (TQ) after 48 Team Matches = 261.63,  SEMI-EXPERT TEAM (rose from 241.84, Established Advanced Team)
Current 7 players average Team Qualification (TQ) after 60 Team Matches = 298.26,  SEMI-EXPERT TEAM (rose from 261.63, Semi-Expert Team)
Current 8 players average Team Qualification (TQ) after 72 Team Matches = probably between 300 and 350,  EXPERT TEAM (rose from 298.26, Semi-Expert Team)

- TQ < 70: the Team will lose all of the Matches vs Experts and will be marked NOVICE TEAM.
- TQ > 70 but less than 100 : the Team is likely to lose all of the Matches vs Experts and will be marked BEGINNER TEAM.
- TQ > 100 but less than 130 : The team is likely to lose most of the matches vs Experts and will be marked INTERMEDIATE TEAM.

Lowering the Bidding/Playing mistakes for improving the player's Total Qualification
1. For every Team Match with Zero mistake, the player's previous mistakes will be lowered with 0.5
2. The players may apply every week for a lesson of Bidding Refreshment or/and Bidding/Playing Contests which will improve their Zone Index and PQ. For any one of them, despite whether the Contest is successful or not, 1 of the player's previous mistake will be neutralized. If the Contest is successful 2 of the player's previous mistakes will be neutralized. All of that may reflect in changing positively the player's Zone Index, respectively the PQ thus improving the player's standing and awarding. In the cases if the player's PQ dropped below 200 (unlikely), the player will receive 1 week for improving by refreshing the Bidding and recovering the PQ. If that proved to be impossible, the player will be advised to retire ForcePoint Team. No retirement plan is expected, sorry :)
NOTE: For every player's success on National or higher level, 2 Bidding and 2 Playing (if s/he used 1NT/1 system) or 2 Playing (if s/he used some other system) of the player's previous mistakes made on Team matches will be neutralized automatically.

Check the game below to find what may happen if you do not check your CP Requirements in conjunction with your exact B#
N: 2CL = 4.0+ contract tricks (B# = 4.0+), actually 4.5
S: 2DI = waiting with B(-) or B1+, actually 1.5
N: 2NT = 5 card Minor suit with B5+ (5+ contract tricks) !
The 1st mistake. Must have B5+ to open 2CL with 5+ card Minor suit !
S:
3CL = Round Forcing (RF) with B1+
N:
3SP = COLOR (red) side suit (3DI will show 5 card DI suit, so 2nd step by SCOR-SCOR Convention)
S: 4CL = Game Forcing (GF)
N: 4SP = 2nd longest suit, so 4=2=2=5 exact shape
S: 4NT = Control Points Asking (CPA)
N: 5CL = 20 or 22 CP (2A + 2K or 3A + K), for South it is obvious that North has only 20 Control Points (CP).
S: 5DI = Ask for the Kings suits
N: 5SP = COLOR (red or black Kings). The 2nd mistake! The North's Kings are RANK (Minor or Major) and the answer must be 6CL = 3rd step for RANK. Actually, North bid 5SP attemting to stop on 5, realising he doesn't have 5, but such attempts never will be successful.
S: 6SP (South desided that statistically , North's King are black, and goes for the Slam with PL = 5.0 + 1.5 + 0.5 (for 5 by 2 CL Misfit with the 2 Controls) and 32 CP. Anyway, even 6CL bid won't prevent the disaster simply because North doesnt have B# >= 5.0 to open 2CL with 5+ card Minor Basic suit (the diagram shows North's B# = B5 by the old Fp program, already corrected with ver 7.0.0 and up). The actual PL = 5.5 ~ 5.0 and this Slam never will be done !
The conclusion: The most important thing when using Fp is to count explicitly or your contract will be doomed !
   Adjustments

Positive Adjustments:
- Add 0.5 to your B# for any 7+ card suit, or for 5+ card sequenced Trump suit headed by the Ace or by the King, or for any Trump card over the 8 card FIT (up to 10 card).

Negative Adjustments:
- If you play a suit contract, lower your B# with 1.0 for any "bad" Singleton or Void (AKxxx, or AQxxx opposite a pseudo suit), or for two 4+ card suits opposite 2 pseudo suits, or if you have found a King opposite a Void.
- If you play a NT contract, lower your B# with 1.0 for any Void or Singleton.

The Theory:
- The game's Play Level (PL) is the sum of both partners' B#s if you have a FIT suit, or 1 below for NT contract if you do not have any 5 by 3/4 or 6 by 2/3 FIT. Any other kind of FIT will not help you, and your NT PL always will be 1 level below than your suit's PL. And because your Control Points (CP) are already included in the count, in most cases when you want to play a Slam, you may not even ask for key cards, simply use the sum of both partners B#s, i.e the game's Play Level (PL) to reach a Small Slam (for a Grand Slam you will do better if you check the key cards). Both requirements, the necessary PL and the key cards, must be fulfilled for a successful Slam !
Let's check a game from 2007 Spingold in Nashville, US using the Speedy Counting (SC)
- Both Teams, Cayne and Mahaffey, didn't make any effort to reach the Slam. It is easy with 1NT/1 system and KC if you are willing to risk !
East's Base Number, B# = 3.0, West's B# = 2.5
The game's Play Level, PL = 3.0 + 2.5 + 0.5 (for 9 Trump card suit) = 6 contract tricks
The Control Points, CP = 34
All what the players need is to exchange this information !
Check the 1NT/1 Bidding below:
E: 1HE = B(2.5 to 3.5), 5 to 7 card Basic HE suit
W: 1NT = B1+ (actually 2.0), Round Forcing (RF)
E: 2DI = COLOR side suits + 5 card Basic HE suit (alertable: short or long DI suit)
W: 2HE = GF, Game Forcing
E: 3DI = 2=5=4=2
W: 3HE = ask for extra HCP (alertable)
E: 4CL = B(3.5) exactly
W: 4DI = ask for Controls (alertable)
E: 5CL = 20 CP (2 Aces + 2 Kings)
W: 5DI = ask for Control suits (alertable)
E: 6CL = 2 RANK Kings + 2 COLOR Aces
W: 6HE with PL = 3.5 + 2.0 + 0.5 (for 9 Trumps) = 6 and 34 CP for a 100% Small Slam
NOTE: How you may see, the computer program using the Distributional Counting (DC) shows that West's B# = 2.0, but the Key Counting (KC) is a bit aggressive pointing West's B# = 2.5, fortunately most of the time for good. What about the last Speedy Counting? I will let you to do it alone !
- Of course, most of the Experts will call it a less than 25% Slam and too risky to bid, but ForcePoint Team will go for it !
One more Spingold game: Can you stop on 3 ?
S: 3CL = B# 3.0+, any bi-color with 6 card CL suit
N: 3DI = RF
S: 3SP = 5 card SP suit
N: Pass

Let's check a game published in June 2007 ACBL Bridge Bulletin "The Bidding Box" Contest
.
- One of the pairs playing a modified version of Precision stopped on 3CL, the other one playing 2/1 reached the Slam. The comments for the players' bidding included "... It was somewhat of a gamble, but Bob's values appeared to working. Jane took an even bolder stance by continuing to Slam. The excellent controls will make 6CL a good shot..."
.
There is no gambling at all if you use 1NT/1 Bidding although there is some risk if the HE Queen is bare or the Opponents Trumps are not 2 by 2, but still it is worth to try the Slam. Check it below for yourself
E: 1C = B2 to B4, 5+ card Basic CL suit
W: 1H = B(0), 4 or 5 card HE suit, free bid
E: 1NT = RF (Round Forcing)
W: 2NT = any 4441
E: 3C = Game Forcing (GF)
W: 3NT = exactly 1=4=4=4
E: 4C = Control Points Asking (CPA)
W: 4H = 6 CP = 1 Ace, B# = (CP - 4)/4 = 0.5 with obviously 1 Queen by the Formula: Q = 2*B# + 4 - CP/2 = 1
E: 4NT = ask for Queen's suit
W: 5H = Queen HE
E: 6CL with Play Level (PL) = 4.0 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.5 = 6 and 36 combined CP (28 real + 8 pseudo)

NOTE: Find the PL's explanation below.
- Do you think EW were lucky? What you will need with ForcePoint's 1NT/1 natural system is not luck, but to find your exact game's Play Level (PL). Let's summarize what East knows for West's hand:
1. The exact shape of 1=4=4=4 without SP Singleton Honor
2. The exact Base Number B# = 0.5 upgraded to 1.0 for the "good" SP Singleton
3. The Control Points (CP) = 10 CP = 1 real Ace + 1 pseudo King in SP

- So, with B# = 4.0, upgraded with 0.5 for 9 Trumps in the CL FIT suit and for the "good" SP and DI Singletons upgraded with 0.5 for each of them, East will find very easy the exact game's PL = 4.0 (East's B#)+ 0.5 (West's B#) + 0.5 (for 9 Trumps) + 0.5 (for "good" SP Singleton) + 0.5 (for "good" DI Singleton) = 6 and with 36 CP (28 real + 8 pseudo). The Slam contract is 100% assured by the system requirements for trying, even with the combined 23 HCP only, although the most of you will say that it is only a 24% Slam !

- One advice: Switch to the new Speedy Counting for a bigger success! And be aggressive if you want to win :)
